As Program Director for Nally Ventures Leadership, Jen Walls leads the strategy, design, and delivery of customized leadership and management training programs for professionals and students. She has guided hundreds of participants through engaging, results-driven sessions, both in person and virtually, focused on personal development, communication, planning, emotional intelligence, and core management skills.
Jen is passionate about creating learning experiences that empower individuals and teams to connect, collaborate, and lead more effectively. She believes strong, positive relationships are the foundation of healthy, high-performing work environments.
She also oversees the full lifecycle of Nally Ventures Leadership’s training engagements, meeting with clients, identifying the right program fit, and leading or co-leading sessions alongside fellow Nally Ventures facilitators. In addition, Jen matches clients with the leadership coach best suited to support their continued growth and development.
As a Birkman-certified professional, Jen leverages this in-depth assessment to provide leadership insights that strengthen individual self-awareness and team dynamics.
In Nally Ventures Leadership’s business consulting practice, Jen offers marketing consulting services to help clients, including Nally Ventures-affiliated companies like Nally Homes, enhance their messaging, social media presence, and website content.
Jen is a Certified Secondary Educator with a B.A. in History from Washington College. She serves as the director of media and communications on the board of the Anne Arundel County Society for Human Resources Management (ASHRM). Additionally, she volunteers with GiGi’s Playhouse in Annapolis, MD, supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
