Joy Curriera, Brigadier General, U.S. Army, Retired, Senior Leadership Advisor
Joy Curriera brings her exceptional leadership and business experience over a 32-year military career to her role as a Nally Ventures Senior Leadership Advisor and coach, empowering individuals and teams to excel in complex, challenging, and fast-paced environments. Her many accomplishments—including leading complex Army divisions and programs in the U.S. and abroad, administering multibillion-dollar budget processes, leading thousands of soldiers and civilians, and overseeing the development of hundreds of strategic national security leaders—have fueled her passion to help others unlock their full potential. With the personal leadership mantra “Ever Forward,” first shared by a military mentor of her own, Joy continues to inspire and guide leaders and professionals at all levels to successfully lead with their best selves. Katie LaCelle, Senior Leadership Advisor
As a Nally Leadership group facilitator and coach, Katie LaCelle helps new leaders uncover and develop the leader already inside them and established leaders get past limiting mindsets so they can continue to grow. Her corporate consulting background includes Deloitte Consulting, General Dynamics, and Definitive Logic, where she co-developed a 100+ person Financial Management practice and held several client-facing consulting roles. Katie has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and several professional certifications spanning business, physical fitness, and mental health. Now in business for herself, she brings her considerable skills and experiences to bear for Nally Leadership clients. Adam Rocke, Colonel, U.S. Army, Retired, Senior Leadership Advisor
Adam Rocke’s distinguished military career as a U.S. Army Colonel (Ret’d) and civilian career leading a variety of veteran advocacy organizations give him a unique perspective as a Nally Ventures Senior Leadership Advisor. As a military leader, he led organizations exceeding 1,500 personnel, managed $30+ million budgets, and assumed high-level positions for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the U.S. Army Chief of Staff at the Pentagon. Adam’s civilian roles, both professionally and as an active Board and committee member, have continued his mission to assist active and veteran service members and their families. He brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, team-building, training, public speaking, and community outreach to support our clients’ strategic business needs and employee development. Taylor Jachimski, Marketing Specialist
Taylor manages all of our social media accounts, as well as content creation, website management and search engine optimization.
Morgan Molnar, Accounting Manager
Morgan takes charge of our financial operations at all the Nally Ventures affiliated companies. With a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a background in business, Morgan skillfully manages our invoicing processes, ensuring that our clients stay seamlessly connected with the team.
