Program Description:

This executive retreat is designed to support the leadership team’s group learning and development. The goal is to strengthen collaboration and strategic alignment across the leadership team while creating space to reflect on how individual and collective leadership impact the organization’s goals and culture. Our programs draw from best practices in business, academic, and military leadership. Leveraging decades of experience, our team has helped leaders adapt to the nuances of different environments and challenging situations.

    • Clarifying where leaders should be spending their time and energy. This session highlights bottlenecks, over-involvement, and opportunities to elevate decision-making and delegation.
