  1. The Farther Reaches of Human Nature by Abraham H. Maslow.  This is a great book for people interested in the science and psychology of leadership! Maslow takes a look at the complexities of the human brain through the empirical methods of science and blends it with a philosophical approach.   2. On Becoming a Leader by Bennis Warren. This book is for leaders who want to push themselves to the next level.   3. Managing in the Next Society by Peter Drucker. This read is a collection of Drucker’s most impressive and insightful work he has created over the years. The main topics he covers are business issues that society is faced with, how to handle them, and how to be a proactive executive. A great read for those trying to strengthen their business mindset!
  4. Reframing Organizations by Lee Bolman and Terrence Deal. This read includes a comprehensive guide on understanding organizational structures, management models, and tips on how to apply this knowledge towards the achievement of a company.
  5. Leadership in Organizations by Gary Yukl. This is a great book for professionals interested in learning about the science of leadership. Yukl takes a look at effective organizational leadership through theory and practice. With a critical eye, this book explains and gives insight into the popular theories of leadership.
